Booking conditions & cancellation policy

What information do I need in order to book?

All details requested on the booking form are very important for us to provide the most accurate price quotations and transportation services. However should you prefer booking by email, whatsapp, viber, sms or phone, always prepare following details:

Pick up date
Pick up time
Name of the leading passenger
Total number of adults and children (younger 12 years)
Pick up point
Drop off point

In case you are looking for arrival airport transfer or train station transfer, do not forget to include exact flight number or train number. Do not confuse the ticket number and the actual flight / train details.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Payment & prepayment of transportation

If you are traveling to Prague, the booking has to be secured with credit card details or down payment. We accept following payments:

  • cash to the driver (in Euro, Czech Koruna (1 EUR = 26,00 CZK) or US Dollar (1 USD = 22 CZK), exchange rates may vary on the day of booking versus day of transportation to / from Prague)
  • credit card (to the driver or in advance, the charge is done in CZK according to the above exchange rates, there is NOT additional fee for a credit card payment)
  • PayPal in advance (surplus 6%)
  • Bank transfer in advance (surplus 1.85%)

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express cards

Acceptance of the booking
  • transportation reservation is confirmed within 24 hours after submission of the booking
  • all requested details have to be supplied using the booking form or email
Warranty of the price
  • no matter how much in advance you book, the rate you book, is the rate you pay
  • no hidden fees or extra charges
Reservation amendments
  • transportation date and pick up time can be changed anytime
  • “24-hour notice” rule applies: You can change your pick up date and pick up time free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Later amendments may not be accepted and may result in the no-show charge.
  • if the car / minibus has not left Prague, we do NOT charge any “late amendment” fees
Cancellation policy
  • timely cancellations are free of charge
  • bank fees, PayPal fees and credit card fees are not refunded
  • cancellation with shorter notice than 24 hours before the collection date is understood as a no-show; full cost of the transportation including bank / credit card / PayPal fees are charged / kept

Meet & Greet

At the Prague airport

Driver will wait INSIDE the arrivals hall of arrival terminal nearby EXIT / ENTRANCE “D”. He will hold a sign with your name and bear a pleasant smile to welcome you to Prague.

Delayed or early flights

We track all arrivals online, early / delayed arrival is not a problem. Naturally at no extra charge.

Emergency

Should you not be able to see the driver, do not hesitate, call immediately 00420 775 744 447, our ground support will help you to meet the driver.

At the Prague train station

Driver will wait INSIDE the hall nearby BURGER KING fast food. He will hold a sign with your name on display.

Delayed or early trains
We track all arrivals online, early / delayed arrival is not a problem. Naturally at no extra charge.

Private address

The driver will meet you in front of the building. If the area is not accessible by car, the driver will wait in person. He will know your name and will actively be looking for you.

River cruises & ships

Your driver will meet you at the reception area of the ship.

Please advise your cruise manager about the private transfer. Thus when the driver reports to the cruise / hotel manager once he arrives to the docks, manager will let you know, that your private transfer is ready to depart.

At the hotel

The driver will meet you in the lobby.

If you wish not to wait for the driver in the lobby, please inform the receptionist about the private transfer arrangements. Once the driver arrives, he will report to the receptionist, who can call you to your room / breakfast room / bar etc. and let you know, the transfer is ready.

Price inclusions and exclusions

What is included in the transportation price?
  • VAT
  • diesel
  • refreshment or restroom stops and cigarette breaks
  • driver’s wage
  • highway/freeway fees and toll fee in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland
What is not included in the cost of the transportation
  • freeway fees / toll fees in other countries: France, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia etc.
  • business meetings
  • sightseeing off the route
  • lunch stops
  • tip for the driver
  • airport / on the site parking
Tipping the driver
  • Tip is not charged automatically and it is not a part of the price
  • Customary tip is 10%.
